Applied Speciation has developed an array of analytical techniques for halogen speciation depending on the sample matrix and target molecules. While standard ion chromatography methods are acceptable for halogen containing molecules such as nitrate, nitrite, or sulfate this limited characterization may not be adequate for all investigations. Scientists at Applied Speciation have tailored analytical methods to separate halogen compounds which cannot be support by promulgated methods. While not often requested, ultra-low level (less than 5ug/L) halogen speciation analysis can also be supported depending on the target analyte and sample matrix.
Halogen speciation analysis at Applied Speciation currently supports the following halogens: Cl, S, I, Br, and P.
